Returns and Refunds Policy

At Little Angel Apparel, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please read our returns and refund policy below.

Returns

If you change your mind about an item purchased online, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition, with any original tags still attached.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Please note: This change-of-mind return policy does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at apparellittleangel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back.

For eligible cancellations under UK consumer law, we will refund the standard delivery charge originally paid. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at apparellittleangel@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs where helpful.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights. You will not be charged return postage for an item that is faulty or that we sent incorrectly.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us at apparellittleangel@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Where an exchange is not possible, we will explain the available options.

Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind

Personalised or custom-made items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law permits. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

For hygiene reasons, certain sealed items may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns where legally permitted.
